Jewish Life Liaisons (JLLs)

JLLs are sophomores who are there for YOU during your freshmen year! They plan awesome Jewish events right in your own home - in the Quad and in Hill, and you’ll have tons of opportunities to get involved in planning.

Don't live in the Quad or Hill?  Come along with your friends who do... everyone is welcome at JLL events!

Meet the 2011-2012 Jewish Life Liaisons!

BE A LEADER:

Jewish Life Liaisons (JLLs) are PAID INTERNS responsible for establishing and promoting Jewish community in their College House. Additionally, JLL's participate in weekly trainings, which involve leadership training as well as an ongoing Jewish education to further their own Jewish explorations.

JLLs are outgoing, creative, responsible and motivated to foster a vibrant Jewish life in their College House communities. JLLs are from all levels of Jewish knowledge and religious observance.

TAKE PART IN A NEW COMMUNITY:

JLLs implement dynamic programs in Hill and the Quad that are open to EVERYONE. JLL programs from the past have included Latkepalooza (Hanukkah-themed Shabbat dinner/latke-eating contest), open mic nights, and Sukkot star-gazing.
